1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing any product, enrolling in any course, or using any service offered by High Threat Systems LLC (we, us, our), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products or services.
2. Products and Services
High Threat Systems LLC offers digital products (ebooks, PDFs, guides, digital courses, video training), live seminars, coaching services, and related educational materials through highthreatsystems.com, academy.threatproofcommunity.com, and affiliated platforms including SamCart.
All products and services are educational in nature and designed to provide personal safety awareness and skills training.
3. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically via email and/or online access portals immediately or shortly after purchase. You are responsible for providing a valid email address at the time of purchase. Delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues on your end are not the responsibility of High Threat Systems LLC.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by product and is stated on the individual product sales page at the time of purchase. Some digital products, particularly lower-priced downloadable PDFs and guides, may be sold as final sale with no refund available. Where a guarantee is offered, the specific terms (duration and conditions) are stated on that product's sales page and honored as written.

5. Intellectual Property
All content — including text, videos, audio, graphics, checklists, workbooks, frameworks, and course materials — is the intellectual property of High Threat Systems LLC and/or Trevor Thrasher. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share login credentials, or publicly display any materials without prior written permission.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal or professional development.
6. Disclaimer of Liability
The information provided through our products and services is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional security consulting, legal advice, or emergency services.
High Threat Systems LLC, Trevor Thrasher, and all affiliated instructors, companies, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or legal consequences resulting from the application or misapplication of any information, techniques, or strategies presented in our products or training.
Personal safety decisions involve inherent risk. You acknowledge that you use the information provided at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your actions.
7. Assumption of Risk — Live Training
If you participate in any live seminar, workshop, or hands-on training event, you acknowledge that physical activity and self-defense training carry inherent risks including but not limited to physical injury. By participating, you assume all risks associated with participation and agree to hold High Threat Systems LLC, its instructors, partners, and host facilities harmless from any claims arising from your participation.
Separate liability waivers may be required at the time of in-person events.
8. Communications and Marketing
By purchasing a product or providing your email address through any of our platforms, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase (order confirmations, access instructions, delivery updates).
You may also be added to our newsletter, Substack, and/or periodic marketing communications related to personal safety training, new products, and relevant content from High Threat Systems LLC and its affiliated entities (Grey Group LLC, Threat-Proof Network).
You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every email. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails related to active purchases or account access.
9. Privacy and Data
We do not sell, rent, or provide your personal information to any third-party entity outside of the companies owned and operated by Trevor Thrasher (High Threat Systems LLC, Grey Group LLC). Your information is used solely to deliver purchased products, provide customer support, and send communications as described in Section 8.
We use third-party platforms (including SamCart, GoHighLevel, and Substack) to process payments and deliver products. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data during transactions.

10. Account and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any login credentials associated with your purchases. Sharing account access or login credentials with others is prohibited and may result in revocation of access without refund.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to use our products, community platforms, or services to harass, threaten, or harm others; misrepresent your qualifications or training; or engage in any illegal activity. We reserve the right to revoke access to any user who violates these terms.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.
